Deposit: A security deposit of $300 will be placed as a hold on the Renters credit card within 24 hours of the start of the rental.  The security deposit will be returned, minus any charges due, within 24 hours of the vehicle return without incident.

Streamlined Service: We may not be on-site when you pick-up the vehicle; rather, we will gather all documentation prior to the start of the rental including your DL + auto policy.  You can text these documents to 435.313.1558 or email them to [email protected]. We will send you a rental agreement for e-signature to your email prior to pick-up.  This must be signed before you take the vehicle.  If you are not sure how to e-sign the document please watch this short video. Please take pictures and/or a video of the rental prior to departure to document any pre-existing damages.  We will also note the vehicle condition, mileage, and fuel.        

Pick-up Locations: The preferred location for pick-up and drop-off is St George Regional Airport (SGU). Rentals will be available for pick-up in general paid parking located right in front of the terminal. We will send you a map and pictures prior to the start of your rental.  SGU is small and the rental will be parked within a few minutes walk.  If you pick-up at SGU a $7 discount on parking will be applied to your reservation to reimburse you for exiting the parking lot. 

We also offer free pick-up and drop-off at Above View Jet Center, Sandstone Aviation, and Washington Recreation Center.  Other locations, such as LAS, may be available for an additional fee -or- just choose “Custom Delivery” and we will give you a quote.  Just leave us a note when you book.  

Return: To streamline our service and to offer competitive pricing we may not be present when you return the vehicle. Please refuel prior to return and send us some photos of the vehicle and parking location. A screenshot of a map is very helpful!

Late Return/Extension: A late return or extension isn’t always possible. Please give us plenty of notice if you are returning late or would like to request an extension. We charge 50% of the daily rate for returns up to 3 hours late and 100% of the daily rate after 3 hours.   

GPS: Vehicles are installed with GPS modules to monitor the location and/or health of the vehicle. Renter will be charged $100 for disabling or damaging the GPS tracking device.

Off-Roading: Renter will be charged an additional 50% of the total rental contract if data collected by the GPS module suggests off-roading (anything unpaved roads).  On some 4wd vehicles an optional “Adventure Package” fee may be available at the time of booking. A $2500 off-road deposit applies as no insurance coverage is available for off-road use.   

Pets: No pets are allowed in the vehicles without permission.  If there is evidence that pets have been transported in the vehicle there will be an additional cleaning fee applied.  An optional “Pet Onboard” fee may be available at the time of booking if the animal is transported in a carrier.          

Smoking: No smoking or vaping. A $300 fine will be applied to any incident of smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the vehicle.

Mileage: Rental vehicles include 200 miles per day multiplied by the number of rental days on the rental agreement. Any mileage in excess of this total mileage will be billed at a rate of $0.25 per mile for excessive wear and tear.

For example, if you rent for 7 days you will have up to 1400 miles included in the rental then $0.25 cents for each mile thereafter.  Charging for “excessive” mileage helps us keep our pricing more competitive as most people do not exceed the 200 mile per day threshold.Windshield Damage: The Renter is responsible for any damages caused to the windshield.  Small chips and gouges are $25 each to repair.  If the damage is larger a new windshield may need to be purchased and will be added to the rental agreement.
